AXA XL’s Melbourne’s office team are proud of their city, its heritage and depth of culture. Following the successful delivery of the head office in Sydney, it became clear that the Melbourne team were keen to put their individual stamp on their new office.

Through an engaging, collaborative approach from inception, the project took an exciting direction where the staff hub became front and centre on entry. This enabled the business to highlight their culture of openness with a welcoming approach to relationships with both clients and each another.

The environment provides a level of mood and depth that is not always provided within an office environment. The spaces are layered with rich materials and furniture that enhance the human connection and open conversation with a relaxed yet professional feel.
