We are witnessing a shift in our workplace environments, with a desire for a less corporate feel, to create an energy, warmth and depth to company culture. We need to compete and exceed the home environment and entice people back into the office.

For a more engaged culture and a sense of community, through clever planning and an uplift in technology, staff are empowered to work away from the traditional desk setting and choose where they wish to work. Either the buzz of a multipurpose communal space for more interaction, or for more focussed needs quiet rooms or individual workpods.

Looking after our planet is imperative and a key outcome for this project. Through best practice initiatives, reuse and recycling , our choices in materials and furniture and the services design were all well considered.
